- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was in the middle of my dental procedure( about a six month process) and at an appointment that was on the books for about 3 months, I was treated extremely poorly by an employee. The employee refused to understand what I needed and then when I told this employee I would just have to reschedule this long awaited appointment, the employee told me I was no longer being helped in this facility. So, to make a long story short, one rmployee, who didn't empathize with my situation, has the authority to "fire" patients. I asked to speak with someone and that didn't happen either.
